EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

Linking and try to figure out feasibility of concept working with the view of VE & Trouble shooting:

Let me explain the above in person with an example,

Say for e.g., a ATM cash vending machine uses a 50 thickness print sheet roll of 33meters with a OD50mm, core diameter of 20mm and mounted on a hook/hang axle rod of 16mm, then changing the core dia to 10mm and mounting axle to a hollow tube of OD 8mm and ID 5mm will fetch savings in the following

Roll of ~38 meters can be used / time this saves roll change down time frequency by 3 / 20 changes.

Core pieces reduced by 3 number per 20 cores, Hang axle rod material cost saved with added strength of using a hollow tube over solid rod, If need be more strength can be added by making it a Square (or) Rectangle tube .
